And really, this series gives you that insider insight that you'll need to make it happen for you no matter where you are on your business journey.

So, ready to make this your most abundant and aligned year ever? Let's dive in.

You know, I think that entrepreneurs in this next year have the biggest advantage and the biggest opportunity in terms of really shifting the way that their business is running, in terms of really alchemizing the change in the market and really being at the forefront of a lot of excitement. I think that the world at large is super unstable.

I think that there is a massive shift happening in the way that businesses are run and the way that culture as a business owner, a small business owner, specifically, like if you're a coach or a consultant or you have a course business, I think that the industry is shifting really, really rapidly and that it's an awesome opportunity for a lot of entrepreneurs to really innovate, really create something magical and really, really have that, that long, long standing impact that they're craving. Right.

I think that the shifts in the market, which I'll talk about today in today's episode, are really exciting and we haven't really had this list level of excitement.

I think that post Covid a lot of entrepreneurs who have been at this for as long as I have, like, with the, with the amount of people that have joined the different industries that we're all in, it can almost feel like discouraging, right? Like the competition has gotten, has gotten much higher and I think that customer understanding has gotten much higher too.

Like with the introduction of AI, with the introduction of all of the magical Tools and tech that we've had. It's no longer acceptable to be mediocre. It's no longer acceptable to create okay content.

It's no longer acceptable to half ass pretty much anything in your business. And I, as a strategist and you know, high performance coach, I love that.

I love the fact that collectively as an industry, we're forced to look at how can we make this industry better and how can we really impact more people using the tools that we have. So I think that this is a really exciting time time.

And I don't want to say that it's like a make or break it ear because that sounds very like doom and gloom.

But I do think that for a lot of people this year is very much like that deciding fork in the road, line in the sun moment of like, you know what, this year, this next 90 days, this next, you know, 360 days, this is where everything shifts and this is where I get to totally blow my own mind.

Because the current, you know, landscape of business has truly, truly shifted in the last two years with the introduction of AI, with the introduction of more value based marketing, with the introduction of, you know, just cultural changes and the instability in the world with different wars and tragedies going on.

I think that the old tactics, the old sort of like post and pray stuff, the old like I'm just going to showcase my Chanel bag and hope that it works is, is no longer working anymore.

I think that our buyers, our audience have become a lot more savvy and understand the tactics and understand the, the little like subliminal tricks that, that were common spread. Right. And that were taught to us by the quote unquote copywriting grade. So I don't think that a lot of those strategies are no longer working.

And I think that's good. Like people don't want to be, you know, led into a bad sale.

The amount of people that I have spoken to, like my previous clients that have told me that they were enrolled in like a 10k mastermind that was too early or that they invested in this thing and it sucked, or that, you know, like the discernment, I think that those situations are no longer as prevalent. People are a lot more discerning about what they're spending their time and their money on.

And I think that as a, as a cultural societal shift in general, people are really shifting into more quiet, more reflection, more balance and more intention. Culturally speaking, in the English speaking world, it's like international. Internationality. Internationality. How do you even say that? Word.

That's my, that's my Ukrainian coming through from speaking a different language. But you get, get what I mean, right? It's the, the intention behind what we're really placing our focus on.

Because let's face it, if you're an entrepreneur and you listen to this podcast, you're probably a little bit like me. And you have a drive full of courses that you've, you know, either never opened or half assed or didn't really fully implement.

And I don't think there's anything wrong with that. Like, you know, we, we buy things, we test them, we try them. If they're not for us, they're not for us.

But I think that as a, as a culture in general, all of our markets are experiencing the same thing. Clients are a lot more stringent, right. And a lot more discerning about where their capital and cash is going. And I think that's great.

I think that's, it's a good thing for everyone. I think it makes everyone better. And as I say, I really think that it, it helps us all be better at what we do.

And you know, I for one am really for that.

I think that the biggest opportunity there is is that a lot of people who are not as good as you, who are not as talented as you, who are not as experienced as you, who don't have, who are just trying to like copycat off of the pigtails of the people who have really like studied their stuff and earn their stripes, so to speak, are gonna fall away. Like the competition is going to be way too, too big. It's not like you just make a TikTok now and you know, get paid a gazillion dollars, right?

Or like it's not the just open your laptop lifestyle thing anymore. Like that messaging no longer really is resonating because people know how hard it is to actually start a side hustle.

So I think that is going to weed out a lot of the, the like copycat, like wanky people that we don't want in our industries anyway, right? So I think that this is really a massive shift in terms of business visibility. And I think that a lot of people have a real crisis on their hands.

From the perspective of how do I show up with the context of AI, I like to say things like here's the truth or you know, my, here's what I know for sure, like these key phrases or the ultimate guide to blah blah, blah, like these key phrases that A takes and ultimately uses as, you know, filler was or as A way of framing the post or whatever has really created a crisis for me. But I'm like, but I, I wrote that. I didn't AI it. Why do people think that it's AI If I say, you know, here's the truth, I think it's the same.

We've had so many conversations behind the scenes about this that like, your unique voice, your unique energy signature, your unique way of creating that content through, through you is still the best way of creating, you know, I think that AI is absolutely fantastic for editing, for helping you create, you know, documents, for helping you do a whole manner of different things.

And I think that the way that people are using AI is really going to create a visibility crisis for a lot of people because that content is no longer going to, you know, resonate. I think that things like using voice, right, things like using video, things that are more human to human is really going to be the way forward.

I think that things like blogs, things like written posts, things that are not necessarily, you know, that are easily created with AI are going to be more and more frowned upon, are going to be more and more scrutinized.

And I think there's going to be more of a subconscious, like, hesitancy from our audiences in terms of, like, did Elisa write that or did AI write that? You know, and I think that's fair enough.

It's a fair enough question, you know, in terms of who you're following and how they are, how they are engaging in that content.

So for me, the interesting thing is that this is a really pivotal year because this is the year where we really have the opportunity of integrating AI into our businesses in a more fluent way. I think that this is the year that a lot of business, businesses are going to struggle because they don't know how to upkeep with technology.

They don't know how to integrate more of that innovation into what they're doing.

And I think that people who are ignoring that AI exists and ignoring the AI like, like all of our clients are going to AI and using it for coaching, using it for, you know, for, for advice, using it to translate things, using it to meal prep, using it in all of these different ways, like the majority of our audiences collectively speaking in the English speaking world, particularly if you work in, you know, in the B2B space, they are all using AI. There is no escaping it.

And I think that you need to shift your attention and focus on how you can use AI to help you be more visible and be more successful. AI is not going anywhere. It's going to be integrating. It's a bit like, you know, the Internet.

People were saying the Internet's not going anywhere and here we are running businesses on the Internet.

So I think that most people struggle with visibility anyway because they feel like they don't have time, they don't have energy, they don't have the resources.

And I think that there is a real opportunity to speed up the, the content process using things like AI to speed up the way that you are able to show up and integrate other visibility strategies, whether that's pr, whether that's podcasts, whether that's other things, right?

In general, in terms of digital marketing strategies to get you more seen and visible, AI is a really awesome tool to help you navigate that and help you adapt and, and actually create more time and space in your calendar.

I think the real reason that people stay hidden really is to do with their own lack of self belief and the lone lack of, of owning that message with their own lack of seeing that content is their way of amplifying their message, of seeing podcast episode is their way of really reaching more people and creating more impact. It's the, it's the lack of recognition that placing priority on writing the book is going to make them that authority.

And I think that we have a lot of mindset demons to battle through. From the perspective of like, who am I to do this? A lot of visibility bugaboos stem from like who am I to do this?

Or they stem from, oh, I up last year, I didn't make as much money last year or I didn't do this, or I didn't do that. And therefore now I have this invisible wall blocking me.

And I think that with the help of technology, with the help of a little bit of automation, a lot, a lot of those like mindset blocks that by the way, we all have, we all have them at different levels.

Whether you're making, you know, a thousand dollars or a thousand pounds a month, or whether you're making multiple six figures, it's like new level, same devil, right?

Whatever that, that mindset belief is for you, the truth is that it's going to keep coming up at different levels until you really, really root it out. Whether that's tapping or meditation or other things that you can do, like that, that wound, that, that belief is going to rear its head.

When you're ambitious, when you're impacting more people, when you are really, really, really ready to scale that impact, usually the same, the same beliefs, the same stuff pops up. And this really is not an episode about that. We, you know, can create a different one.

If you want me to talk about that topic, please DM me on Instagram because I have so much to say about like, new level, same devil, and why that keeps recurring. I think that the, the greater point that I'm making here though, in terms of like making this your best year ever, is being aware of that.

Being aware that you are most likely like everyone else in the world, have some something that is blocking you from really being seen and being heard.

And I think a lot of people are using AI as a way of like either masking that by creating shitty content that is very clearly created by AI, or are shying away from it completely by not integrating AI at all.

So I think that from a content and just business management perspective in general, the real shift for business owners is learning how to integrate more of that AI in a more human way. Like, how can you retain your humanity and your magic by also not compromising your own beliefs, your own voice, your own magic?

Ultimately, I really do think that you identifying what is the reason that I am blocking myself from success? Why am I still having these results that I have? Why am I. Why am I attracted to the best year ever concept?

What is it that made last year not be my best year ever? And hey, if you had your best year ever last year, fantastic. I love that. What I want you to think about then, if that's you, is how can you 10x that?

How can you really 10x that impact?

And I think that if you are in the space where perhaps last year wasn't your best year, perhaps you feel like this next year really is your opportunity for a really, really big breakthrough. Here is what I would like for you to do.

I want you to think about what is it that you feel and where is it in your body that stops you from showing up? Is it fear? Is it loathing? Is it hate? Is it anxiety?

What is it that is that is creating that little smidge of doubt around whatever it is that you think you should be doing?

And then I want you to blow your own mind and decide for yourself that whatever it is that you think you should be doing probably is not the best way for you to be showing up anyway.

The whole reason why I'm talking about AI and your energetic capacity for showing up is to show you that if you think you should be going on video and you in your whole body, your whole body is saying heck no. Then there is the better strategy for you.

Like there is a gazillion and one ways for you to show up, authentically, feel good, and for you to be excited and for you to grow your audience. It does not have to just be the one specific way that you learned in a course once.

And, you know, maybe you were in a season where doing live videos worked for you, but now you're not. And that's a. Okay. There are a thousand and one different ways for you to market.

I think that if you can start to integrate more of, you know, the technological advancements in our industry and if you start to align more of.

Where is it that you need to shift in terms of you aligning your energy and aligning more of your magic and leveraging the systems to help you do that, that really is where you're going to start to make that best year ever come to fruition. So here is your task for this episode. I want you to really identify in your body, where is that like blockage?

When you identify that blockage, I want you to smash through it. I want you to evaporate it. I want you to imagine it, be like a red ball.

And then I want you to either blow it up or I want you to blow it away, or I want you to smash it in your mind. Once you have done that, I want you to think about this. How can you 10x your results, your visibility, your growth, your impact, your money, your.

Your magic with your clients? How can you 10x that across the board?

Because here is what I have really learned this year is that when you start to think about how can I 10x, that's where everything else starts to fall away in order for you to 10x your success. And this comes from the, you know, 10x is better than 2x book that I have been raving about on the Interwebs.

So I would highly recommend you read that when you 10x, it means that you absolutely and utterly let go of everything else that is no longer serving you.

And you start to think about, okay, how can I really amplify the things that I can do really, really well and totally and like, totally and utterly delete everything else? Because here is what I know in my heart and in my soul. For you, for all of my clients, it's this. This next year is your biggest opportunity ever.

You can absolutely have and do and be everything that you want to be, and you can do it faster than you ever thought possible. Strategic visibility. A strategic implementation and integration of tech is how you.
