So whether you're just starting out or ready to scale to multiple six figures, this year is all about growing your impact. If you know you're meant for more impact, but you feel like you're playing small, you're definitely in the right place.
Over these next six episodes, I'm pulling back the curtain on what's really working for conscious leaders right now, including some controversial but truthful truths about growing spiritual businesses. Right now, we'll explore how to maintain your magic while expanding your impact.
And more importantly, how to position yourself as the trusted choice in your industry.
No matter where you're starting from, whether you're launching your first premium offer, going through your phoenix moment, or you're ready to scale from infinity and beyond, this next series is really about helping you create more spaciousness in your business. And really, this series gives you that insider insight that you'll need to make it happen for you, no matter where you are on your business journey.
So, ready to make this your most abundant and aligned year ever? Let's dive in.
There are 101 ways to market your business.
So if you have been feeling like the only way for you to grow this year is through posting content, being, you know, on every single social media platform, then the. The truth of the matter is, is that, no, that is not the only way to grow. That's not the only option available to you.
And one of my most frequency frequently asked questions is exactly how to grow with zero social media. And that's because I used to run a really successful tutoring agency before I ever went into digital marketing.
And, you know, the reason I actually joined the entrepreneurial space is because I joined a mastermind to try and figure out how to get my business online and fell in love with funnels. I fell in love with this idea of automated profit.
I fell in love with this idea of, you know, real strategy and systems and copy and psychology and all of these things that I used to love. And, you know, in my first business, I used to teach storytelling, so it really was like storytelling on steroids.
I think that the interesting thing about, you know, the Omni Channel visibility blueprint is the fact that I love social media. I think that everyone should be on social media.
I think that, you know, you as a business owner, whatever relationship you have with social, social media is your way of amplifying your message and being able to speak to people across the interwebs, across the, the world. You know, we have students in 100 plus countries. That is absolutely mind blowing to me.
It's absolutely mind blowing that this podcast has listened to so many different nationalities and is accessible to so many different people all over the world. I love that. I think that's amazing. It's incredible. If I did not create content on social media, this would never be the case.
Like, even this podcast would not be the thing that it is today.
I wouldn't be able to, you know, have the time and the energy and the space to record valuable content without the fact that my clients largely have found me off social, have found me off of these amazing, you know, communities that I'm part of, the communities that I have built. So, you know, again, thinking about why you have a bugaboo with social media really is my first ask of you.
It's like, if you really hate social media, ask yourself why? What is it about you that does not want to build a community online?
For me, for a long time, that was like being the odd one out, being, you know, I had this racket around the fact that I just am, you know, not good at friendships. I'm not good at building community. Who would want to follow me anyway?
I'm like this sort of slightly a disorganized creative who still has typos and tag glitches, you know, so if you're, if you resonate with that or if you're a little bit like me, I totally get it. But I, I would want to offer you this perspective that, yeah, you don't need social media, but social media enhances everything that you do.
So everything I'm about to, like, share with you and tell you and really everything that I'm doing inside of the Visibility Breakthrough 3 Day Live event is around how you can start to create a business that is aligned with your energetic levels.
I've told the story in the podcast before and it is that, you know, when I went through my burnout, when my family got stuck in Ukraine and when, you know, my, my life really changed a few years ago, I really could not get on camera. Like, the, the thought of doing a live video just gave me the ick. And I love doing live videos.
Like, I trained myself through, you know, daily, daily lives to love, to love to do live videos. But my, my lifestyle had changed. I was looking after, you know, my sister. I was doing other things that doing a podcast made sense.
It was, I could be in my pajamas and fun fact, I'm recording this in my Christmas pajamas, like living my Best life with a top knot, with no makeup, with my glasses on, just like sat in my office, you and me together. If I had to like dole myself up and put on my Sunday best and like find where my bra is, we probably wouldn't be having this conversation right now.
So I think that there are different channels available to you to, to be able to talk to your audience and show up in the way that feels good to you. And it is, you know, your job to figure out what that looks like. And you know, it's my job to help you ultimately.
But the thing that I want you to understand is that whatever you're doing, social media is going to help you amplify that.
And I think that the trend for talking about trends in the series is that a lot more companies are going to be putting a lot more money into specific individuals, specific brands.
And you know, for a lot of people who listen to this, they don't necessarily want to be an influencer and necessarily want to go into the, the sort of partnership business, brand deals.
But I do think it's something to, to think about that as a business you are going to grow and taking opportunities and taking up space online is only ever going to make your brand stronger.
And you are going to be invited to more events, you're going to be given more perks, more opportunities like free event tickets, like opportunities to speak on stages, opportunities to become a paid speaker, opportunities to be featured in books, to be featured in podcasts. The more you are visible and the more you grow.
So again, social media is not something to like scoff at because it is one of the ways, one of the best ways for you to grow quickly and for you to gain trust quickly. But there are other ways of you growing your business online.
And as I've mentioned before, I had a multiple six figure business where I was never online.
My business was totally anonymous, it was super hyper competitive and I had a handful of clients who, you know, jetted me off around the world and it was great. It was exactly what I wanted at that season of my life.
But I think that diversification matters and I think that you should have a multi layer strategy for your visibility so that if something should happen or if something in your life, circumstances change, you have other options that don't just include you posting every single day online. You know, when I, when I first stopped posting online every single day, I was sort of lost because it meant that I lost my lead flow.
And you when have both a evergreen lead system where you're having traffic come to you every day.
Having people come to you every single day through different, you know, systems and strategies and you have the opportunity to talk to your people in real time. You should have both in your business, but if one fails, then the other is there, you know.
So understand that you need to have a multi platform approach. If there is one thing that we have learned through the whole Twitter debate.
Twitter, Twitter, first of all, Twitter debate, that's like subliminal messaging, right, right there.
Like if we look at how Twitter or Act X has shifted, so many people built their businesses on, on Twitter and it's shifted and the audience is no longer there again. Tick tock, tick tock. Being banned, is it going to be banned? Is it not going to be banned?
Having different, having different opportunities to diversify your income and diversify your, your visibility means that you are protecting yourself against platforms, closing against, you know, being at the mercy of your specific social media platforms. One of the ways to do that is obviously through building your email list.
Your email list should always be the number one thing that you're focusing on because it's data that you own. So being able to build your email list through different opportunities really is the aim.
So when we are thinking about our visibility strategy, we're always aiming to have people not only subscribe, only follow, not only listen, but get onto our email lists. So the first thing I want you to do is think about alternative visibility channels.
Like obviously we talked about social media, but you have speaking opportunities, you have PR and media, you have podcast guesting, you have strategic partnerships, you have, you know, email marketing swaps. You can also do things like offline visibility strategies. So you have like local networking events and workshops.
You can actually get into print media. You can do more of a traditional PR strategy.
There is obviously also a lot of, a lot of things to be said around strategic partnerships and around aligning yourself with other people. And again, it's, it's about being seen in front of more people, a lot of different audiences.
So what you want to be doing is actually creating more of like a holistic strategy where you're doing a mix of everything.
You're doing a little bit of guesting of some sort, you're doing a little bit of networking, you're doing a little bit of, of different types of things based on how your energy behaves. So for me, I am absolutely, you know, a fan of doing networking.
I'm a fan of, you know, going to workshops, of doing events and also I'm a fan of staying at home a lot of my clients always laugh when I say this, but really, I'm like an extroverted introvert. I need recharge time. I, like, need my bath me time.
So for me, being able to manage my energy is really, really important in whatever it is that I commit to. So, again, be really mindful of what is it that you not only bring to the table, what is it that you want in terms of energetic expansion?
Do you want to build a community of peers? Does that look like going to more events and, and being, you know, safe seen by more of an international market?
Do you want to really build up a, you know, network of entrepreneurs in your local town or in your local city? Is that something you could leverage?
Do you really want to focus on, like, strategic behind the scenes traffic, like blogging or SEO or optimizing for, you know, AI recognition? All of these opportunities are available to you.
You can do all of these or none of these or a combination of these, you know, and there really is a comprehensive list of things that you can do. So I would say to you that, like pick and mix and make sure that you have a diverse level of strategy.
And of course, it's my job to tell you that you should absolutely be part of the Visibility Breakthrough series if you don't have a visibility strategy right now or if you want to expand yours.
Because we're going to be talking about that, we're going to be talking about positioning, we're going to be talking about, you know, marketing and messaging and more specifically to do with how you operate your business, how you manage your energy, and how you can leverage the things that make you unique in the best way so that you have the best REI on your time and on your effort. So join the Visibility Breakthrough.
If that sounds like a fun, you know, thing that you need to, to develop or you want to develop, but otherwise, my, my biggest piece of advice for you as we close out the best Year Ever series is this, that, you know, Mark has changed, conditions change, but ultimately your magic is always there with you.
Remember that you have everything you need within yourself to not only change the lives that you have already changed, but to really have a ripple effect.
And you being visible, you being strategic about how you show up and where is really going to help you be seen and be heard and be, you know, impactful for more people. So I want you to never, ever forget that the magic is within you. You absolutely are the magic.
And not only do you deserve to be seen and heard and loved by the people who need you, but you really deserve to have that with ease and grace and with a lot less friction.
So as we go into this next new year, I really want to wish you, your business more abundance, more fun, more joy and more ease in this next new year for you. I hope you enjoyed the series, and I hope to see you soon.
