Elisa Kay:

And really this series gives you that insider insight that you'll need to make it happen for you, no matter where you are on your business journey.

Elisa Kay:

So, ready to make this your most abundant and aligned year ever?

Elisa Kay:

Let's dive in.

Speaker B:

So in the last episode, I shared with you about the integration of AI into your business and sort of touched upon the element of your intuition and your energy and integrating all of that into your business.

Speaker B:

In today's episode, what I wanted to talk to you about is really your human edge and what I mean by your human edge.

Speaker B:

It's your story, it's your unique factor, it's what makes you the expert that you are.

Speaker B:

And I think that the way that we can start to actually create more connection, more authenticity, more magic with our audience is by understanding that people are going to want human connection.

Speaker B:

And I think that this, if we talk about the, the 25 predictions of what people are going to want in this next year, a lot of, a lot of my points when I wrote out my list of like 25 predictions was human contact, community, more personalization, more unique hyper specialization, special specialization.

Speaker B:

Right.

Speaker B:

More touch points, more base like baseline tracking, more people to people interactions.

Speaker B:

I think that AI is again, amazing, awesome, magical, love it.

Speaker B:

I use it every day in my business.

Speaker B:

I, you know, when it went down the other day I was like, oh my God, what do I do?

Speaker B:

I have to think for myself.

Speaker B:

You know, like a lot of people posted, but what AI can't do is replicate your humanness and your ability to intuitively interpret your clients needs.

Speaker B:

And I think this is like one of the most ironically easiest Things to explain these days because of the emergence of AI, when I was doing a lot of messaging work for a lot of transformational, like multiple six figure business owners, I used to, you know, work on funnel launches for like psychics and intuitive, like digestive teachers and like a lot of healers.

Speaker B:

Right.

Speaker B:

A lot of them would really struggle to explain their connection, their humanness and their ability to, to intuitively interpret what their clients need.

Speaker B:

And I think these days with the way that AI, you know, AI is just a silo.

Speaker B:

It's, it's pulling all of the information that you're giving it and it's pulling the, the median data that it has, which is great.

Speaker B:

It means that it speeds up a lot of the baseline, like project organization that we all have to do.

Speaker B:

But what it can do is nuance and it can't do intuition and it can't do the magic that makes you human.

Speaker B:

So the growing divide between AI and human content means that it's actually an awesome opportunity for you to start to think about what is your authentic story, what is it that you can create that connection with for your clients.

Speaker B:

You know, and maintaining authenticity at scale essentially means value based decision making.

Speaker B:

Right?

Speaker B:

It's putting it through your value filter.

Speaker B:

Does this align with what I said my values are?

Speaker B:

Does this align with what I said I am doing?

Speaker B:

Does this align with what I teach?

Speaker B:

You know, it's that integrity piece that I think is really, really important.

Speaker B:

So maintaining your authenticity at scale really is understanding that you and your intuition and your magical ability and your, your ability to connect with a human on a human to human level.

Speaker B:

Like a level no matter what you're selling, you're still doing it human to human.

Speaker B:

At the end of the day, that is always going to be the advantage.

Speaker B:

Just why most people are really, really good at selling in a room.

Speaker B:

Like the amount of clients that I've talked to that are like, Alisa, when I go to events, people just love me.

Speaker B:

There's nothing wrong, there's nothing wrong with going to events and selling beauty dubs.

Speaker B:

Like I love me an event.

Speaker B:

But I want you to think about, okay, what's so different about me being online?

Speaker B:

To me being in a room, the real answer is nothing.

Speaker B:

Like your, your online business is a reflection of you being in that room.

Speaker B:

It's just a very, very, very big room.

Speaker B:

So that unique story I think is the key to you, you know, flying and you energetically magnetizing your ideal, your ideal people because your journey matters.

Speaker B:

You know, when a thousand and one people can generate A website off of chat GBT being a quote unquote transformational coach.

Speaker B:

Your unique human experience and your magic and your unique journey, right, is going to be the thing that sets you apart.

Speaker B:

Like this amazing client who, you know, is a transformational coach whose kid faced a lot of difficulty, who had to move because of her different life situations, who was like, overcome these huge obstacles.

Speaker B:

And I like, she has an incredible story, she has an incredible nuance to through all of those experiences.

Speaker B:

On the other hand, I have a client who does a very similar thing to her and who's had a completely opposite experience.

Speaker B:

You know, she's traveled the world, she has, she lives a child free life.

Speaker B:

She has a, you know, a really successful other business.

Speaker B:

She does a bunch of creative projects, same specific service that they sell, completely different lens.

Speaker B:

And those human experiences are going to attract obviously different types of clients.

Speaker B:

And that is why your story matters.

Speaker B:

You, your story and your journey matters because it's going to attract different types of people to you and it's going to attract the right people to you based on whatever your values are.

Speaker B:

You know, client A, for her family is super important as her core family value.

Speaker B:

Client B, for her freedom and adventure are her two top values.

Speaker B:

And while she, I'm sure, loves her family, I don't think I've ever heard her talk about her family ever, ever, ever.

Speaker B:

So for her, adventure is number one priority.

Speaker B:

And there's nothing, nothing wrong with that.

Speaker B:

But as consumers, we're looking for people who align with our values.

Speaker B:

So you knowing yours and articulating them is going to help you have that best year ever because you're going to be able to filter out the people who are right and filter out the people who are wrong, you know, and hey, by the way, like, opposites attract you.

Speaker B:

Being really clear about your values means that you can attract different types of people too.

Speaker B:

That's why I have different types of clients, right?

Speaker B:

And they're attracted to me whether they have kids or whether they don't.

Speaker B:

And you know, I don't like to niche myself too too much.

Speaker B:

I like to work with a variety of different people.

Speaker B:

So if you're like me, say, even saying that is going to attract different people too, you know, so your journey really, really does matter.

Speaker B:

And identifying those key stories, those like key authority stories, really is the key to you being visible, being seen and being connected with.

Speaker B:

And when I say being visible and being seen, what I mean is being visible in the right ways.

Speaker B:

Right?

Speaker B:

You can have an automated funnel that gets you to be visible to hundreds of people every single day.

Speaker B:

That is visibility.

Speaker B:

You can also post a reel that gets 100 views every day.

Speaker B:

That's also visibility.

Speaker B:

There are different ways of being visible that don't just necessarily involve posting on social, but you being able to identify your key stories, the first of which is obviously your origin story, and the second of which I'll give you two out of the like five to eight that I recommend.

Speaker B:

So the first one is your brand one.

Speaker B:

It's sort of like the origin of your brand story.

Speaker B:

We've talked about it on the podcast before.

Speaker B:

But the brand story is sort of like your, your core moment, your key moment of how and why you started the business.

Speaker B:

Your second story is your breakthrough story.

Speaker B:

It's the breakthrough where you realize you had that light bulb moment to whatever your solution is.

Speaker B:

And that breakthrough story is the way that you explain to people why, right?

Speaker B:

And how you came upon the solution to whatever it is that you're, you're selling or whatever it is that you're doing, those key stories are going to, again, set you apart from everyone else.

Speaker B:

So you knowing your stories and you understanding that your humanness is what's going to make you more valuable, your ability to connect with people is going to be the way that you are never competing with AI.

Speaker B:

And it's a tool that you can use to enhance your experiences, enhance those stories and, you know, create that, that connection with your people.

Speaker B:

Because ultimately that's what we are all wanting.

Speaker B:

Connection.

Speaker B:

We want community, we want connection.

Speaker B:

We want to feel seen and heard and loved by the people around us, including, right, by our mentors and by the people that we follow online.

Speaker B:

So my, my question for you and my task for you in today's episode is how can you make your audience feel seen and heard?

Speaker B:

How can you make them feel like, ah, they get me, they get what I'm going through.

Speaker B:

They get what it is that I am really, really, really going through right this very second.

Speaker B:

Because that is the key to you being absolutely unforgettable and absolutely irreplaceable.

Speaker B:

And, you know, of course, the stories that, that we identify, I'm going to be doing a lot of that work inside of the visibility breakthrough event that I have coming up.

Speaker B:

But the stories that we identify are the stories that we want to repeat and get people to remember by repeating them over and over and over again.

Speaker B:

And that's where AI can be really useful.

Speaker B:

Because if you are aware of what makes you unique, you're aware of your unique factor, you're aware of the stories that you are sharing over and over and over again, you can start to strategically position those stories in ways that, that make it easier for you to grow online and grow your business.

Speaker B:

So we want to make sure that we are using AI, we're using these tools without losing our humanity, and understand that it's not a competition.

Speaker B:

You know, tools are going to enhance the way that we show up, not replace us.

Speaker B:

And nothing, absolutely nothing, can ever replace you, your expertise, and your unique journey.

Speaker B:

I absolutely promise you that the way that you impact your clients is not possible, at least at the time of this recording, through any type of automated generated silo.

Speaker B:

So focus on being your unforgettable self and start thinking about what are the stories that really make you unique, to help you create that best year ever and that best ever connection with your people.

Speaker B:

Because that really is what we're aiming for.
