I learned about what to do when things aren't working by looking at three core metrics: acquisition, engagement, and revenue. By understanding how I get customers, what they are doing in my ecosystem, and how much money I am making, I can get a good overview of my business system and make decisions effectively. By detaching myself emotionally, looking at the last month and quarter, and connecting the metrics to my offer message, I can identify what is wrong and solve the mystery of why things aren't working.
"Whenever you create some sort of movement in your life, whether it's a move, whether it's a new offer or something that changes your energy, it always brings up these different emotions of new, fresh start. Right? It almost feels a little bit like the 1 January all over again, but it's not the 1 January anymore."
